Shipping Guidelines
Delivery time is normally 3-5 business days and may take up to 4 weeks for international shipping.
Prices
Unless a fixed price is quoted, the price at which order is accepted is subject to adjustment to the Seller's price in effect at the time of shipment.
Any current or future tax or government charge ( or increase in same) affecting our costs of sale or delivery or which we otherwise required to pay or collect in connection with the sale, purchase, delivery, storage, processing, use or consumption of goods shall be for buyer's account and shall be added to the price. Price lists in our databases are subject to change without notice. We reserve the rights to make partial shipments.

Money Orders, Telegraphic Transfers, Cashiers Checks are accepted.
Shipping
Carriers - International orders will be shipped via DHL/FEDEX/UPS Worldwide Expedited. Contact us via e-mail for a shipping quote and customs fees.
Tracking Number - You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped giving you the shipping company's name. You will also be provided with a link containing your tracking number so you can monitor your orders shipping status.
Customs - Tariffs, Taxes, Duties, Fees
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES, TAXES, OR OTHER FEES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY CUSTOMS WHEN YOUR GOODS REACHES YOUR COUNTRY.  Customs taxes for your country will be calculated based on the items replacement value; however, we are unable to provide you with information about duties, taxes, or other fees that may originate once the goods arrive in your country. By placing an order with us, you agree to accept any and all charges that may be in addition to regular shipping and customs costs. If you choose not to pay for these fees, then you abandon your goods and are not entitled to any refund. Once the goods leave us, the goods is your responsibility to either claim them or abandon them. All goods are insured for the exact value of your order. We will NOT tell a shipping company that the value of the goods is less than it actually is, or state "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE". We reserve the rights to abide all, or waive, the policy, subject to terms and conditions remaining in our discretion.
Check with your local authorities:  Some of our products may be restricted for import and possession in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you are ordering are legal to possess. As the buyer, you become the importer of record and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are abiding by all local and international laws pertaining to importing and possessing anything you receive from us. No refunds will be given for goods confiscated by the customs outside of our country.
Shortage/Damage/Discrepancies
Please unpack your order and report any damage immediately. We cannot be responsible for damaged shipments not reported within 3 business days of delivery. If a goods arrives damaged, note the damage and call or e-mail us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage is noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging. The carrier may wish to inspect the goods before paying a claim. We are not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company.
Miscellaneous
Orders may not be cancelled, except upon our approval which shall be subject to the buyer's payment of our reasonable cancellation charges. Such charges shall include all reasonable costs incurred by us in preparing to meet the buyer's anticipated delivery schedule including, without limitation, commitments by us to the suppliers, and costs of inventory allocated in the buyer's order together with a reasonable allowance for prorated expenses and anticipated profits.
We (including without limitation its successors, assigns, agents, franchise, or a person or entity acting at our directions) shall not be responsible for keeping confidential any specifications, drawings, designs, data or other information of any nature provided by us hereunder and further. We shall not be liable for any damages, costs or expenses of any nature arising out of any dissemination of such documents or information.

Product update : A-WZ oil separator, R410A compatible

Product Certifications:

Suzhou A-WZ products are both CE and UL certified.

The following table maps the Mexico produced A_W and A-WZ oil separator products to the Suzhou produced A-WZ oil separator products. Both the A-W and A-WZ series oil separators produced in Mexico will be replaced by the new models from Suzhou as reflected in the same row in the following table.

For example, Mexico made A-WZ 55824 (066135) and A-W 55824 (060933) will both be replaced by Suzhou made A-WZ 55824 (066666).

PS2 Dual Pressure Controls

PS2 Dual Pressure Controls are designed for use on high and
low pressure applications in refrigeration, airconditioning, and
heat pump systems. This control react to changes in either
low or high side pressures, providing single-device control of the
compressor or other electrical device.
