TI Series -- Thermo®-Expansion Valves

ALCO TI series of Thermo-Expansion Valves with interchangeable orifices are designed for refrigeration applications such as display cases in supermarkets, walkin/ reach-in coolers, freezers, soft ice cream/ice maker machines, milk tank coolers, transport refrigeration as well as for air conditioning and heat pump systems. TI provides flexibility in selection of capacity and is ideal for those applications requiring compact size with stable and accurate control over wide load and evaporating range.

Shut - Off Valves

A new generation shut-off device.
Hermetic design: Fully welded forged brass body. Low leak rates below industry standard. Compatible with new refrigerants and lubricants. Full internal ports reduce line pressure drops to a minimum. Bi-directional flow characteristics. Valve stem cap retained by strap attached to main body. Pressure relief port in cap. Access port connection on body.
Made to approvals. CE and UL Marking.

SERVICE TIP
Q: I have a new HMI sight glass that is showing a wet condition, right out of the box. Can I use this in my system and will it give the proper moisture ndication?

A: The element in the sight glass senses the moisture of the atmosphere that it's in. In this case, the air has enough moisture to turn the sensing element pink (wet).
